Product Description

Barium Stearate is white or microbelt yellow amorphous powder, central nervous stimulation, soluble in hot ethanol, benzene, toluene and other non-polar solvents, insoluble in water and ethanol.Gelatinous when heated and dissolved in an organic solvent and cooled; has water absorption in the air. No sulfide pollution. Strong acids decompose into stearic acids and corresponding barium salts.

Application

(1) Can be used as a high-temperature lubricant for machines and a high-temperature additive for rubber products;
(2) It can be used as a heat stabilizer and lubricant for PVC products, and has the best long-term heat resistance among all alkaline earth metal stearates;
(3) Can be used as a waterproof agent, lubricant, and bearing lining material;
(4) It can be used for the processing of soft transparent films, thin sheets, artificial leather, as well as hard boards, pipes and other products
