Calcium propionate used as food additive is monohydrate salt, stable to water and heat, hygroscopicity, soluble in water, 39.9g/ L 00ml (20ºC), calcium propionate is insoluble in ethanol, ether NBSP; Calcium propionate is a new food additive.
